Epic Leggings offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and they we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.

Epic Leggings offers a refund or exchange within 5 days of the post marked arrival of your item(s).  Refunds and exchanges require merchandise to be unwashed and unworn with the tickets on them in original condition accompanied by the original sales receipt. Undergarments are not returnable unless the merchandise was purchased defective.

  • If you receive something you didn't order and are charged for it, simply return the item for a full refund (including shipping).
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will ship you a replacement, or you can return it for a full refund.

Returning by Mail

  • Enclose the original packing slip with the item.
  • If you don't have the packing slip, include your name, address, and phone number, order number; and the return reason.
  • Pack your return securely in the original package if possible.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the return package to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • Ship the return package to the address listed below.
  • After you have finalized checkout, you cannot cancel or change your order.
  • You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:
  • One or more items in your order is on back-order.

 Mailing Instructions

 Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

  1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without this information
  2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged. 
  3. Contact us for mailing address at

 Upon receiving your return, Epic Leggings will process your return within 72 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.  


A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages.
